What a great way to end the 2011 wedding season! Even though it was October and the weather reports were iffy, the sun actually made a grand appearance for most of the day. (I shouldn’t be totally surprised… almost all the weddings I’ve photographed have been on sunny days, even in September and October. Thus far, I’ve only shot one wedding in cloudy weather.)
Garret and Tricia chose Seattle’s Museum of Flight for their ceremony and reception location. I didn’t even know you could get married there! It was so fun taking photographs around the museum; airplanes certainly make for a unique environment for wedding photos. We also took a quick trip over to the beautiful Kubota Gardens.
As a fun little tidbit, you may remember Garret and Tricia from the engagement shoot we did this past April.
